Come and join us at the farm, as we greet spring!

We will start at the farm plot up near Ogden, I will offer a brief tour for those that want to see the farm Becky and I are building. We will stretch and warm up, hydrate and hug. Kids can run around the farm with the farm dog and cats.

Carpooling to Ledges would work well I think, and allow opportunities for adults to stay behind at the farm for a meditation session or nature healing.

We will plan for sunny weather and reschedule if it looks to be stormy.

If water levels are too high at Ledges for hiking access, we can hike Don Williams instead.
